چکیده
Background Connective tissue diseases (CTDs) are a group of with variety clinical manifestations. The main drug was glucocorticoids and immunosuppressive drugs, but the results not satisfactory side effects obvious, increased incidence infection, especially opportunistic infections. Infections becomes important causes morbidity mortality in CTD patients. Objectives To evaluate infection patients who were clinically considered for co-infection by combination metagenomic next-generation sequencing (mNGS) conventional diagnostic testing methods. Methods We analyzed 126 connective (CTD)patients suspected infections admitted to Second Hospital Shanxi Medical University. All diagnosed according relevant criteria, including 34 systemic lupus erythematosus (SLE), 24 dermatomyositis polymyositis (DM/PM), 19 rheumatoid arthritis (RA), 10 undifferentiated disease(UCTD),16 Sjogren syndrome (SS), 5 mixed disease (MCTD), ANCA associated systemtc vasculitis (AAV), adult onset Stillystemtc isease disease(tic 34nfections (TA), 1 sclerosis (SSC), 1retroperitoneal fibrosis (RPF). enrolled tested methods(CDT) mNGS. Results Among co-infection, 31 negative mNGS, pathogens detected 99 them. In our results, mNGS CDT both positive detection 28 individuals.Of individuals, 2 cases perfect matches,12 partly matched, 14 totally mismatched. A total 23 CDT. 70 only. There only only. addition, showed that 131 virus-positive(54%), 78 prokaryotes-positive (37%) inculding bacteria, mycoplasma eukaryotes-positive (9%). each excellent paper there is a discussion by the very distinguished members of the study group. The reviewer is, as might be surmised, in favor of disease-orientated research, believing that the application of basic science to clinical problems is the essence of modern medicine. He also believes that conferences such as this provide an opportunity for a valuable exchange of ideas. Unfortunatel...
